Dear Known and Unknown Friends,
Last autumn, we offered an Embodied Life seminar for Chinese participants with Mandarin translation. We opened it to all English speakers and most found that the translation was helpful for their learning. Rather than a “waste of time”, it provided an interval for deepening into the teachings.
In this seminar, we will grow the neural networks of authentic gratitude.
As with all life-giving qualities, we cannot force or demand gratitude. Rather, we will explore simple ways to grow this natural and most widely researched mind-state for enhancing health and overall quality of life.
Each class will include a guided meditation, talks, experiential practices and time for sharing and questions. By the end, you will learn reliable ways of growing the frequent experience of gratitude everyday.
ENGLISH SPEAKERS:
To allow more time for interaction without translation, I am including a follow-up class on Tuesdays each week.
It is helpful to attend Thursday’s class live or watch the video beforehand.
The class includes video recordings, if you miss a “live” session and want to review. Recordings will never expire.
