Vegetarian, principally regional and organic board includes:
Monastic breakfast: warm porridge, variety of nuts, honey, fruits, yoghurt, bread, butter, jelly, coffee.
Lunch: Main dish with grain, seasonal vegetables, protein and salad. Dessert on request.
Dinner: vegetable soup, warm dish or bread with cheese, tofu, salad
Full-time: choice of tea
