Retreats
Retreats are deep immersions in The Embodied Life™ work lasting 2-5 days, traditionally designed to be residential. Each day starts and ends with meditation. Late evening into early morning, including breakfast, are in silence. Though the schedule can vary, most days will consist of periods of sitting and walking meditation, movement lessons, dialogues and other awareness practices. There are breaks throughout each day allowing time for personal reflection, reading, walks or activities of your choosing.
Seminars
Generally less intensive, meeting from about 10:00-5:00 each day. All elements of The Embodied Life™ are included with less emphasis on meditation and more on movement.

Phone/Zoom Consultations "Guided Conversations with Russell Delman"
For many years, as a small part of my private practice, I have been offering phone consultations. In this time of sequestering, I am now expanding this way of connecting and offering them more publicly.These 30 minute, "guided conversations" are neither therapy nor coaching. Rather, through deep listening together, I support my companion in finding greater clarity and direction for the subject they are choosing to investigate. Although based in "Focusing" and "Compassionate Communication", there is no specific form to the conversations. Each meeting grows uniquely from both the intention of the call and our connection. Some people come for one meeting, most for two or three. I do not offer on-going consultation.
Donations accepted from 50 - 125 in $ or Euro.
No one refused for inability to pay.

Cancellation Policy
Your deposit goes toward lodging expenses. In the event that you need to cancel your participation, you will receive a full refund (minus $25 administrative fee) up to fourteen days prior to the event start date. After that time your deposit will be subject to cancellation fees charged to Delman Associates due to your absence.
